RMA Policy

- You MUST fill out this form to obtain an RMA number. An RMA number will be forwarded to you after we receive the completed form.
- RMA numbers are valid for 30 days only. If product is not received by us within 30 days, the RMA number is voided and another must be requested.
- RMA's for warranty will be accepted one (1) year from purchase date unless an extended warranty is purchased. Warranty returns must be approved by the NCast Support Team.
- The warranty on repaired product applies only to the repair that was previously made. If a product is returned for a different problem, you will be contacted to obtain a purchase order for the additional repair plus applicable shipping charges.
- RMA's for credit are only accepted within 30 days of purchase date and are subject to a 15% restocking fee plus applicable shipping charges unless part is defective. In that case full purchase price will be credited.
- Authorized Partners requesting "Advanced Replacements" must prepay for the advanced equipment by Credit card or, if approved, Purchase Order before an advance replacement can be shipped. A credit will be applied to the card or account upon return of the advanced parts.
- RMA number should be clearly marked on outside of box(es) and a copy of confirmation returned with the package(s). Any products returned without an RMA number will not be accepted. Returns should be well packaged using foam or like materials.
- Shipping charges to NCast will be paid by the customer. Return ground freight for in-warranty repairs will be paid by NCast. Additional charges for expedited delivery will be borne by the requester.
